I remember reading that post, Eric. Fabulous and painless way to save for a rainy day, what a great start! We also get rewards with our cheque accounts, but mine is not that great. I should let it build up though and look at doing something similar. Unfortunately, our taxman now has a specialized unit enforcing income tax compliance for crypto transactions! Very likely not looking at small investors though. The government squanders our tax money, and now are looking at every avenue to bring in revenue!
