And so the Search Begins!

I want to see greenery when I look out my windows. Not rows and rows of buildings.
Big windows are a must, I need the sunlight streaming into my home.
A downstairs unit, if it's an apartment, because when I step outside, it has to be right on the ground! One needs to stay grounded, right!
No stairs on the inside, please. Outside is okay as long as there are amazing views once at the top.
I would need a designated space for my washing machine and tumble dryer. For the rainy days only. My laundry needs the sun and the wind, and of course that means a washline, is a must!
A bath please, a girl needs a big bubble bath at times, yes, it's a necessary for my sanity, and I'm not joking!
The building must be north-facing. Why? It is how I've lived for the past fifty years and it helps keep the house cooler in summer, and warmer in winter. How? The sun is low in wintertime so it can penetrate windows, and high in the summer months.
A wrap-around verandah would be a wish come true!
It has to be in a secure estate, and be close to my brother and sister-in-law. Yes, I've decided to buy close to them, because family is important. I'm missing out on many special times

As you read I'm asking for a lot, it's quite an ask!

I have all of those things in my home, but the property is just too big a responsibility!

So I'm now on the hunt, a househunt it is. Please wish me luck!
