How many fueling stations are there in Nigeria? And what are the cost of appointment the people to conduct this supervisory role? I'm just thinking of the cost if that will outweigh the benefits. Also, would be interested to find out whether bribery may impact it's effectiveness as I heard the situation can be quite bad in Nigeria. Would be good to hear your take on this. Thanks
