We didn't have a Wilko in our town when I was growing up so it never existed in my childhood memories. It was only in the past decade or so thet opened up in town and it became my favourite shop as they had such a wide range of goods, practically a budget department store.

After losing marks and sparks some years ago, Wilko always became my go to shop for everything, even if I didn't need to buy anything, I'd still go in for a walk around when I'm in town. So sad now it's gone as well, still quite difficult to accept 😔
