This post is specifically about the gourmet experience in Copenhagen rather than Copenhagen itself. Sometimes I deliberately avoid using ratings as I want readers to actually read the text about my experience and review and not focus on the final rating. If it's a straight review about say a restaurant, then a rating woukd would be very useful. But if I want to walk the readers through my experience I don't want to pre set their expectation with a grade. Trust that makes sense
