Im trying to build an army of tech cities xD lets see how it goes, the only problem its that just for set up one its more than $100 and sometimes the market doesnt have enough universities and schools for get the enough education to reach the 25%. Actually in my first city i have and APR aprox of 120% but without taking in consideration that with enough luck i can get a max tier tech card and cover more than the 40% of my invesment
