As you may know, I am sales rep and project manager for a flooring and tile company. I feel valued in the new job. I just left a similar position with a competitor to come here. And it was a difficult transition. I wasn't sure I wanted to leave. I was recruited, actually. And turned them down at first. But I am SOOOO immensely grateful I made the move.
Everything I wanted to see in the other store is happening here at this one. And the best part is, where there are issues, my input is valued and even implemented if practical. And most of the time it is.
The other best part is, I feel quite at home with everyone here. It has been rewarding to get to know people and joke around with them. They have a strong office culture here that I longed for in the last place. I feel quite at home.
What's crazy though, is that I manifested this. It was a thought I had. And things I wanted to see. And they happened. There are several issues this store has just recently resolved only weeks or months before I arrived. And relationships I've formed here that seem all too easy to have formed. And the money is much easier. And the time much happier.
I will continue to see things the way I'd like them to go, and resolve situations in my head the way I would like to see them resolved (rather than focus on the problem and how it is annoying me), and I bet I will continue to see miraculous progress and team effort.
