Hi folks, we meet again. Right now, we will talk about #MetaApps, the other part of the #MetaHash blockchain. As usual, I'll give a short description of #MetaApps first, and then we'll review it to cover the most important things that I believe we should know. Without further ado, let's discuss what #MetaApps first.

#MetaApps: The Evolution of Smart Contract and dApps

If you ask me what #MetaApps is, I'd simply say it is an evolution of smart contract and dApps. Just like a smart contract, #MetaApps will be a set of "contract" that will ensure every involved party to follow the rules that they've agreed upon. But with #MetaApps, you can use it to another level: decentralizing any service. And that means every program that you write there will only follow what it is written, and in order to change it, the "parties" (users of the digital assets, or the token holders) will need to agree on it.

This app will also revolutionize dApps, that is they can operate in any programming language, and not only that, they can work with any blockchain. That's right, the #MetaApps dApps won't be limited to one blockchain (one coin/tokens) only, theoretically, we can use it with any blockchain data. You can also use any programming language to create the apps, not limited to some programming code such as Solidity. You'll see the detailed explanation on their whitepaper.

So, what makes #MetaApps great? Here's some of them:

- Removing the limitation of cross-blockchain operation

Because the ability to operate with data from various blockchain network, in theory, there will be no problem with operation using data from various blockchain network. Therefore, a limitation such as converting data from EOS to Ethereum won't happens. I personally think this is more or less similar to apps that can run across various operating systems. A single app can run on many operating systems, that can send and operate with other data from other operating systems.

- Enhancing the decentralization of apps

Because to change the 'smart contract' inside #MetaApps needs voting, it means the owner of that particular smart contract won't be able to change it as they wish. Therefore, the smart contract operation, in theory, will follow what the majority wants. #MetaApps will also allow a voting mechanism to block any apps that are harmful to the community. - Make it easier to build a dApps

Because users can create any dApps using various programming language, then it will speed up the process of creating a new dApps. A developer doesn't have to learn a new programming language just to create a simple dApps, and furthermore, he only need to create it once and it can be used to process various blockchain data. #MetaApps will also provide modules to help you to create a new dApps. You can think of it as a module in Phyton or gem in Ruby/Rails.

- Additional infrastructure to support new apps

Not only you'll be able to create dApps easily, #MetaHash team also provide features that will help your dApps and smart contract in actions. Read the details on page 22 of the whitepaper. In short, they'll provide an infrastructure that will allow your dApps communicate or read data from various blockchain platforms (#MetaChains), tokenization of digital assets or conversion of digital assets to other platforms (#MetaToken#), and a decentralized data storage to store encrypted data of the network (#MetaStorage).

This will help us a lot when we're creating or using a dApps. Just imagine, you can read data from various blockchain and run some activities according to the available data. You can also use #MetaHash chain to transfer tokens across various blockchain data, without the need to convert your tokens via an exchange. This will save some money, won't it?
