Hola amiga,
This is exciting to read.
Seems like you're making the best of having to leave your land :>)
A little over 5 years ago, when I was still a teacher in Rotterdam, I visited a mushroom growing place in that city. It was located in a former swimming pool ( called Tropicana ). I had spent a bunch of kids parties at that pool in the early 90s so it was pretty nostalgic. I was close to making a commercial for that company and was asked by a student of mine but they wanted me to do it for nothing. Being tired of not getting paid for my work, I refused.
It was a cool place though.
Mid December, for our younger brother's 30th bday, my twin sister and I gifted him an oyster mushroom growing set from that same company. He sent us a pic yesterday that they are starting to get there. Pretty sweet.
I love mushrooms. and would love to eat more of them. Let alone healthy ones, grown with love by a person like you.
I wish with all my heart that you can get this project off the ground. It would be yet another reason for me to visit you in the near future. I'm also pretty sure this community can help you with it.
P.S. Did you already get yourself some Lotus Miners? I got 25 of them and feel they're pretty lucrative, especially for someone like me who isn't as prolific as posting as you are.
Un abrazo grande,
Vincent
