Part 2 will follow soon. I prefer not to talk about that lady. It's already past tense. It felt like a waste of energy and made me sick of stress it seems but I learnt some things about myself in the process

Always keep dreaming big! I tend to lose my focus a lot due to noise of all sorts, but I learn to go back to visualizing and dreaming quicker and quicker every time I'm rebalancing my life in a way. You

I might try that tea myself one day, if I can find the ingredients. I don't have insomnia but I wake up every night, usually several times, and can count the times that I woke up feeling rested and fresh

I feel you. I still struggle to talk about my true feelings and even mention the word depression to my own twin sister or mom. Being able to talk about it here, makes a huge difference. Much love!
