Is it possible in "peakd" to change from the black to a white background color?

I never tried, I don't mind the black, especially when I'm in bed like right now :D

I like to experiment with different apps and front end, so what works now may not work later and the reverse.

If I'm looking for Hive related info, I search within Hive. Otherwise, I try somewhere else for my focused search like llamas 🦙 (just kidding, I don't have a llama fetish)

I use zotero to keep track of resources with just a few clicks. This is very useful when writing articles that require proper sourcing and formatting for publication. Probably overkill for Hive articles but useful if you need to add references.
