I used to think that dancing was just a way to wiggle around with girls. Then I discovered raves and had a near-telepathic experience with the tribe around me. It was the most amazing dancing experience, and I felt in complete communion with every one around me. It was then I understood why pre-Industrial societies placed such a large emphasis on communal dancing paired with inebriating substances.
