This is one of the newest additions to the city's skyline. The condo is owned by the same organization as the church beside it. I like the bold statement that its design makes on the cityscape. It's interesting visually and unusual because of the way it tries to maximize the small area on which it stands, including the glassy wall cavity near the church. It has great views of the downtown core, North Shore mountains, and Pacific ocean to the west. I like architecture with a vision beyond functionality.
