Best of luck to you. I was in that industry for many years. It is the reason I never want to open a brick and mortar business of any kind much less a bar and restaurant. Hopefully you can get a liquor license because if you're going to make any money at all that is where it will be. Otherwise you might be better off just being open for the breakfast and lunch crowd.
