Congratulations, @chmoen! Okay, funny story goes with this. I was riding home on my bicycle from a bar when I was like 19 years old. The bar was across town and I made it to about 2 blocks from my house. Someone was coming toward me on the other side of the street on their bike and waved at me. Without thinking I turned and by the time I turned back I rode straight into the bumper of a parked car. I didn't get hurt because I wasn't going that fast, however my poor bike had to be walked the rest of the way home.
