Red panda one of the most fascinating and beautiful animals,it can be found in southwestern China and eastern Himalayas. They are small mammals with long, fluffy tails with alternating red and white rings and their faces are mostly white with reddish.Other names for the red panda include firefox, fox bear, cat-bear, and himalayan raccoon.
Size and description
They are similar in size to the cat, They are 51 to 66 cm long, and their tail 25.4 to 51 cm. They weigh from 4.5 to 9 kg.
Their diet mainly consists of bamboo, but also eats, insects, eggs, birds and small mammals.
