Today I literally created a Mario Mushroom!
This drawing of Mario driving his go-cart was created on the back of an "Artist Conk" Mushroom.
Honestly I am very proud of my free hand ability improving. Drawing with a pen has been difficult for me in the past. I would always draw with a pencil first so I could erase often. I believe drawing on the Artist Conk's has given me confidence; because I dont want to screw up and waste an entire mushroom. I drove all the way to the North Cascade Mountains for these beautiful specimen to draw on. Mario is a character associated with mushrooms in many peoples heads and also I've heard funny stories of people driving on psychedelics; that's kind of the inspiration for this art piece. Hope you like it! :)
P.S DONT drive on psychedelics. Posted 7/6/2018. 12:01 PM PACIFIC
