First Week Day 3
It's 6 am and I'm almost ready to go to start my third day at the therapy place. I don't really know how to call it in English, speaking of a "Hospital" would be too much, too cold somehow. The place is really lovely with wooden floors and big windows, incredible friendly therapists and all the other people I met there were really nice too.
I'm just so devastatingly tired. Those two days felt like a week or more. I didn't have so much action in a long time. I'm still not sure if this is a good thing or not.
It seems everything will take forever, but I'm pretty sure that my 4 weeks will be over in no time.
I don't know how much will change in that time. I don't expect any miracles in just a month. Working on yourself is so hard.
I've got an hour of exercise on my plan every day, this is really something for me. I wanted to establish some kind of exercise routine for a very long time now but I always failed. Being "forced" to do something every day might actually bring me somewhere. Today we have Pilates on our plan, I try not to be too judgmental with everything that's coming my way, but I tried Pilates before and I didn't like it at all. I hope it will be better this time.
One of the things I already really enjoy are the breaks in the beautiful kitchen they have. I find some time to journal and draw, without being distracted by the internet too much.
I hope you all have a beautiful day <3
