Due to China's new regulations with ICOs, a promising ICO is now ceasing operations, this ICO is known as Loopring. The great thing is that due to China's regulations, Loopring has to issue a mandatory refund, from 2017/09/08 21:00 Beijing time until 2017/09/13 21:00 Beijing Time.
