I think another team that gained alot from the Carabao cup experience was Liverpool. I saw their game against Mk Dons and i was surprised at the level if talent coming straight from their aademy.
Jurgen used that match as a way to build these young bloods confidence. They also played really good and i daresay Liverpool are the team in England with the best academy products.
