In our country Cuba every year they celebrate the educator's day, students share with their teachers and in gratitude for their work gifts are made to them, a few days ago a group of my students invited me to a restaurant to celebrate that moment.
En nuestro país Cuba todos los años celebran el día del educador, los alumnos comparten con sus profesores y en gratitud a su trabajo se les realizan obsequios, hace unos días un grupo de mis estudiantes me invitaron a un restaurante para celebrar ese momento.
At mid-morning I went to the place, it was a restaurant located in the city center, I thought I would be the first to arrive, however, everyone was waiting for me, they knew I would bring my Nikon D7500 camera so as soon as I arrived after a warm welcome we started with the photos.
A media mañana me dirigí al lugar, era un restaurante ubicado en el centro de la ciudad, pensé que sería el primero en llegar, sin embrago, todos me estaban esperando, ellos sabían que llevaría mi cámara Nikon D7500 así que apenas llegue después de una calurosa bienvenida empezamos con las fotos.
Most of my students are women, they are all very charismatic and good-looking, as you would expect they love to have their photographs taken, they use them for their social networks, some have many followers on Instagram.
La mayoría de mis estudiantes son mujeres, todas son muy carismática y bien parecidas, como es de esperar les encantan que les realicen fotografías, ellas las utilizan para sus redes sociales, algunas tienen muchos seguidores en Instagram.
The bar was small, luckily I took my 35 mm lens which allowed me to take the photos I show in this post, it was very nice and cozy, it had some walls that I loved as a background for the portraits.
El bar era pequeño, por suerte lleve mi lente de 35 mm el cual me permitió realizar las fotos que muestro en este post, era muy bonito y acogedor, tenía unas paredes que me encantaron como fondo para los retratos.
After a while taking pictures, the first order arrived the pizzas, several types of pizzas were ordered such as mixed, Hawaiian, in addition to the traditional ham and cheese, everything was accompanied by a refreshing drink.
Después de un rato realizando fotografías, llegaba el primer pedido las pizzas, se pidieron varios tipos de pizzas como las mixtas, hawaianas, además de las tradicionales de jamón y queso, todo fue acompañado de una bebida refrescante.
A while after having eaten those exquisite pizzas we went to a place next to the bar, it was decorated for Christmas and it was very nice, here we also took some photographs, not all the students were photographed, the most enthusiastic ones occupied the entire space of my lens.
Un rato después de haber ingerido aquellas exquisitas pizzas nos dirigimos a un local aledaño al bar, este se encontraba adornado por navidad y estaba muy bonito, aquí también realizamos algunas fotografías, no todas las estudiantes se retrataron, las más entusiastas ocuparon todo el espacio de mi lente.
To end the morning the second order arrived were some tostones stuffed with ham and cheese, it was the specialty of the house, a wonderful dish that we all enjoyed, many of us thought about returning to the place with our families to enjoy and share that dish.
Para finalizar la mañana llego el segundo pedido eran unos tostones rellenos con jamón y queso, era la especialidad de la casa, un plato maravilloso que todos disfrutamos, muchos pensamos en regresar al lugar con nuestras familias para disfrutar y compartir de ese plato.
So I spent a super entertaining day with this group of students and what I liked the most were the photos I took, thanks to them I was able to bring another post to the community to share with you, I hope you liked the photos and my short story, I end up wishing you an excellent day or night and until a next post, greetings.
