FreeCloud is a new free file hosting and they don't have logo yet. so i think a simple and memorable logo that i made could be their official logo. this is some facts about Freecloud and they are currently looking for a logo:
We are free as in beer, freedom of speach and every other aspect of freedom (MIT or Apache license, we didn't decide yet)
Our primary color is #274C77, see some others here
We are a file sharing, management and storage solution, like Owncloud or Nextcloud (whose icon I really like)
We strive for simplicity. To us, Nextcloud is way to hard to install, manage and even use, therefore we want to provide a clean, understandable UI.
We use UIkit for our UI Framework
We'll use Material Design Icons for file icons ect..
Benefits / Improvements
I made a logo by combining elements CLoud and letter F that stands for Freecloud. I also use their primary color as the base of my design. Here is my full presentation:
