I love that you wrote about this show - I just finished it (binged it in two nights hah) and am only sad because I want to know what happens after the cliffhanger at the end! It was so beautifully done, and even better that it was made by women. Love your analysis of it, I didn't notice some of the small details you mentioned, like the hairstyles, but you're totally right in how that added to the characters. Such a great show about women, and also very relatable to women in many places in this world - even though it was culturally specific.
