Indeed... although most green roof owners converts their rooftops into recreational garden in the likes of the rooftops in Linz, Austria , NYC, Norway, etc. Fkat owners in a building would normally get together to plan their new garden. I think the rooftops will not be sufficient for the farmers needs, they always have big scale farming and requires acres of land... the one thing good though is that flat owners could get together and make the building rooftop a n oasis for relaxation...
