They've been quite lazy all day too, but they better get to work as models!
Nah, they are all nice and enjoy being here I think, but of course they wreck everything...
Lynx is getting bigger, but he is still a kitten after all! He is fine with me picking him up now, he has understood that we're here to take care of them for real, that takes a while for most of them.
Look, we're busy doing nothing here!
Leica looking at me, wondering what I'm doing... Of the 3 golden, striped ones he is the only one with white paws.
They really like it when I open the main doors, this is the table where I'm sometimes doing videos, so I leave my FMs there, even the cats can't wreck them easily haha!
We have two near identical white ones, but they are not twins! They come from Charcoal and Tiger, and ended up being totally identical!
The only difference is that one of them has a bit deeper blue colours of its eyes, also three one is not a bit bigger than the other.
I thought genes regulating white fur would yield to stripes, but apparently not...
Marigold is quite mature for her age! She is just calm and attentive, easy to be around.
His white paws are as made for photography like this haha
They are all taking good care of each other, from Leica and Zimba coaching the kittens in fighting to things like this.
They were all sleepy when I started, so there was a lot of yawning haha!
I wonder, he might become a very active and powerful male...
Zelda is really intelligent, she is constantly monitoring her social standing, does not give any of it away, but also she finds her place instantly when Tiger or Charcoal is home.
She is easier to have around than even a few weeks ago, so she also gets more separate care like this morning :-)
So, this is what happened today! I thought I'd just do this because of the rain, I needed to test my old, battered Nikkor 35/2.0 as well as higher ISO, and it all worked out very well.
Two of the shots of the white ones is taken with the 180/2.8, the rest is the 35.
So, what are the names of the white ones? My wife has named them, but I forgot... I was planning on calling the Motor & Oil, but I guess that won't fly...
But I did get my will naming Sharknado and Category, unfortunately they have left, or they might have met the wrong predator here. The house has plantations on both sides, so there are some dangers for them for sure.
They are cats, so I think they enjoy having freedom! Actually they also behave differently as a flock now, I think they have sort of caught up on the fact that there are dangers out there...
That is it for this rainy day!
