I have seen a lot of the inside of business and tech, not because I made it big, but rather because I always look for any tiny details, store those, recycle my experience and then build on that.
Its a loop, really, where you can use the dangerous business tools that the Beast Machine of modern tech relies on!
I'm 100% done with running after corporate customers, fearing that I might say the wrong thing and all that. Actually I never went along with any of it, especially HR!
Using these methods in our way to build a fully distributed, very resilient economy is key, and for that we need to refactor and redesign all of this. Which I will be doing :-)
It will all be about making it through the next years, then hopefully it will get better even in the West!
