I played in the first round of the ten week winter disc golf league today. I did pretty well and cashed some scrip. I only had one really embarisingly bad putt and three or four misses that I know I could have made under different circumstances. I guess that's progress, lol.
My forehand drive was feeling really good, and I made several forehand throws that turned out well. I was worried a bit about aggravating my shoulder, but it felt fine after the throws. I think my arm is almost fully healed now.
In the first part of the round, I was under powering my throws and took an out-of-bounds penalty on the first throw. It took me some time to feel relaxed enough to throw my normal drive. It was just over freezing this morning, and it was causing some issues with the way the discs were feeling and flying. Some plastics seem to get more understable, while others almost seem to do the opposite. Plus, I am a lot more stiff in the colder weather.

I like the way the fog looks around here in the morning.
