The four of us played disc golf on a difficult eighteen-hole course today. I won with a +19 to +24, +24, and +32. It was a lot of fun but windy the entire round. I was glad that I brought along a few more stable discs.
It was a bit rainy as well and I was glad that I had some hand warmers with me. My waterproof socks really helped, too.
When we were starting out, another disc golf player was finishing his round. He had a really good round and had a +6 score. I thought that was really good - I have been trying to get under a +10 but haven't done that yet. I think the weather was a lot better when he was playing. He recommended that we have extra rags and waterproof socks. I thought that I was the first disc golfer to try the waterproof socks out, but I guess they are getting popular. The wind was just starting to blow when we got to the course.

This is a tough gap to hit. The tee pad is back behind where the picture was taken. This is an over four hundred foot par 3 where you can easily get in trouble.
