I rested today and just did some light walking around the house. My back has been bothering me a bit since yesterday and is just now beginning to settle down. Hopefully, it will be fine for tomorrow's disc golf tournament. It sounds like the weather should be really nice. I'm looking forward to playing a nice round. My son and his girlfriend will be joining me.
