I played a practice round by myself at the same disc golf course we played at yesterday. I ended up with exactly the same score at +14. I was tempted to take a couple of mulligans, but that felt like cheating at solitaire.
In one case, I ran a putt for birdie from circle two but just barely missed it to the right. It came in at the right height but went past the basket kind of long, giving me a tester come back putt. I missed the tester but hit it on the second try. The problem with high glide discs is that they can go a long way past the basket if you miss. They do give you a better chance of getting the disc there if there are some low branches blocking the approach.
Doggie enjoyed wandering around with me and was rather well-behaved considering his past history. I think he likes going out to the "all you can eat poop buffet," lol. Hopefully, he doesn't get into too much that he can't process through. There's some impressive looking scat out at the disc golf course.
Doggie wanted to go in the abandoned building, but the government posted it was off-limits.
The government... don't ge me started, lol.
