We played a difficult eighteen-hole disc golf course today, and I got plenty of steps. My friend won with a score of +25 to my score of +28. My other friend had a score of +39.
My friend with +39 score lost a disc on the same hole that I lost my recently found D3 Air. Somehow, those lightweight discs are easy to miss the line with. I might get the disc back unless it is deep inside a bramble bush patch. If I get a chance and it doesn't show up in a while, I might go looking for it again.
After the round, I purchased the last light weight distance driver I could find in the Prodigy D series for a replacement. It happens to be a D4, and it might end up being a little too understable, but they didn't have anything else in lightweight plastic.
These lightweight discs really fly far for me, but I'm going to need to write a set of rules on the back.
- Never throw into a headwind
- Never throw in a crosswind
- Never throw in ANY wind
- Never throw near any bramble bushes.
- Never throw when feeling feisty
- Never throw after midnight
- etc, etc...
Maybe I should just put this new disc on the shelf, lol.
