Doggie and I went for a walk today, but that was about it for my exercise. My shoulder and back were bothering me a bit from all the lifting and odd movements I did replacing the dishwasher.
Everything is feeling better again this evening. I might head out to the disc golf course tomorrow, but I have a lot of yard work that I need to get done.
