I played on the final day of the tournament today. The weather was very nice except for a little bit of wind towards the end of the round. It was a very close round, and I came in second in my division.
I feel very fortunate to be able to play in the tournament. I did not play as well as I usually do, but that was expected considering my injury and how long I had not been playing.
I lost a disc on the last hole today, but I know about where it is and will search a bit more the next time I play there. We only get three minutes during the tournament to look for a disc, so I think I might find it if I search longer.
I got a little too excited on the last drive and tried to throw it too hard. It came out badly and went into a bramble and nettle patch at the edge of the fairway.

There are some little birds making noises inside the bird house right now. I can tell they are getting bigger and close to fledging. I've been seeing some cats in the backyard, and Doggie and I have been scaring them away. I should get something to keep the cats from climbing up the pole to the birdhouse.
