I did some walking today and organized the backyard a bit. I havested all the nettles so people could be back there without getting stung. They were tasty after cooking.
I am planning more of the same type of activity for now until my arm feels better. I've canceled the tournament that I was planning to play disc golf in this weekend. They were happy to refund my money. I'm a bit disappointed, but I think it will be better if I wait until things are feeling fine before starting to play again.
