My friends and I played a practice round at the course we are going to play the disc golf league tournament at on Sunday. I ended up with the win by three points.
After that round I wanted to practice on the putt putt course because in the last tournament I played badly on it. Today I was playing well and did not have any trouble with any of the holes. I even hit an ace on one of the shorter ones. I wish that I had played that well in the tournament. Sometimes I get a bit nervous in tournaments.
Where my Wave disc landed today:
This disc is getting dangerously understable. I still like throwing it because when I get it right it goes a really long way without much effort. Unfortunately, today I almost hit a golf cart.
It is in bounds where it landed but the cart path is out-of-bounds. The log is placed right where the three feet rule would allow you to play it from.
Someone said that since the log is a man made feature on the course you could take relief three feet from it. I'm not sure about what the rules would say about this situation though.
An interesting yellow color:
I think this is an unusual color for a fuzzy caterpillar around here. I don't think I have seen one this bright yellow before.
