I rode my e-bike out to the local eighteen basket disc golf course and played a round with a couple of friends. I joined them partway through the round and was not on the card.
The tee pads were really muddy because of the recent rain and snow and it was still a bit cold. I was not playing very well because of the cold e-bike ride over and the conditions.
At the end of the round my son contacted me after he got off work and wanted to play at the local nine basket course. I rode over to that course and played another couple of nine basket rounds. I was playing a bit better by then and I think I won both rounds. There were some other friends that joined us for a part of the holes.
It seems like the discs were all flying more stable than they usually do. I think it is from the colder air. It could also be because of not being able to get as much power on them because of the wet muddy tee pad conditions.
Here's tonight's picture taken out on the nine basket course near the end of the second round:
It gets too dark to play pretty early this time of year but we did manage to play both rounds.
Happy Holidays!
