I played an eighteen basket round with a friend at my favorite disc golf course. I just showed up there and happened to be joined for a round. I think it is fun when that happens. As you get to know more of the people who play a lot, this happens more and more.
As usual my drives and second throws were pretty good but my short distance putts were a bit lacking. Still I can see some improvement and even though I was not always hitting the basket, I was not missing by as much.
The weather today was a bit overcast and cooler. It rained just a bit near the end of the round and I rode my e-bike home in a gentle rain.
All in all it was very pleasant and I am happy that I am not in the 100 degree weather in the Southwest of me.
Here's a photo of my discs and disc golf stuff; photo slightly embellished through Photoshop Express software:
No discs were lost in the river today - that's a big plus, lol. I have plenty of spare discs in case that happens.
Tip of the day - When throwing a disc it is best to clear your mind and not try to think too much just before throwing, but your results may vary. (I shanked real bad today after some excessive unsolicited advice, but no worries nothing went in the river - this time, LOL.)
Thanks for reading! I always value your support and comments. The pictures were taken by me with my Galaxy S9+. Text and graphics copyright lightsplasher & litesplasher.
