It rained most of the morning so I stayed at home and tried to compile some stuff on the Raspberry Pi.
Later in the evening my son and I headed out after dinner and threw an eighteen basket disc golf round at our favorite course. After the round was over we messed around a bit and threw a few holes for practice and did some putting.
We also wandered around by the river and looked for lost discs. My son's friend lost one recently on basket eight so we looked there with my extendable disc retrieving tool. The water was clearer but still running a bit high and we could not find anything.
The river was looking very nice out on the course tonight:
Somebody got a new bag:
My son's bag is the newer bigger bag on the right hand side. He likes to carry a few more discs than I do. I actually stuffed a few extra into my bag for this evening - it is not usually so stuffed.
Here's a view at basket eight:
I liked the way the reflections in the water were looking. It was pretty calm so nobody lost any discs in the river tonight. This is a pretty easy hole to birdie but it can be very tricky. If the wind is blowing towards the river things can go bad in a hurry.
