Another day spent mostly hanging around the house and playing with the puppy. I did manage to ride my e-bike down to the store for a quick shopping trip. Most of the people there were wearing masks and I wore mine once I got in the parking lot.
My son and I played disc golf after dinner. Nobody was on the course and few people were walking. He won both rounds of nine baskets that we played. Nothing fancy this evening, just a really easy course to play.
It was very wet though from the recent rain and that made it tough to get good grip on the tee pads. My son slipped off the front one time but he was alright.
It did make for nice conditions for the snails and this little one was climbing around on the heather:

It seems like he's ready to go and wants me to come along with him. When he gets older I bet he will have fun walking around. For now he moves with a bit of a limp because his mom stepped on him but I think he might grow out of that.
If not, that's fine too.
We are planning to go for a bit longer and tougher of a course tomorrow. This is the time of year to do it before it starts to get really overgrown again.
Sometimes disc golf courses can get really tough to play on if there is tall grass and thick bushes. Finding the fairway with your throw gets to be pretty important in that case.
