Presently, the percentage of tax being deducted from my salary is more than the percentage deducted from the salaries of my subordinates and at the same time lower than those ahead of me. Wealth comes with hard work but not just hard work, opportunity is very vital. The Pay As You Earn system being in operation in Nigeria is what I really prefer.
