JOULESTEEM Circuit With Cold Current Charger and Non-Grid DC Augmentation - Post #69
I believe it is high time to remove the grid DC in the picture as far as augmentation is concerned for the JOULESTEEM circuit. The latest circuit as described is laid out below:

My main purpose in these latest lay outs for the JOULESTEEM circuit is to really find what is best at our disposal, and as far as I am concerned, the best layout for this is a circuit that combines these works from unselfish experimenters:
-The RE-EMF charger by a guy named rene; a charging approach wherein he combined both “hot” and “cold” current to charge a battery
-The John Bedini approach to battery conditioning and re-formulation; his batteries exhibits behaviors that not only produced very good amperage up to the least and lowest voltage while at the same time rendering it virtually “unbreakable”; his batteries can be “shorted” up to zero volts and when you charge it back it just goes back to life as if nothing happened
-The radiant energy utilization as discussed by Nikola Tesla; if one can “harvest” energies while running a particular circuit, I am really convinced that such energy from unknown sources can be “looped back” to its own circuit and power source that runs it to begin with
I would like to add that a charger is the best approach overall, you may ask me why? It is because whatever batteries you charge up, and if you found a way of doing it “to no end”, then such batteries can then be used for any purpose thru an inverter.
SOME PRELIMINARY CIRCUIT BEHAVIORS AS OBSERVED
This is again a cold charger RE-EMF style with the ability to harness atmospheric energy as accumulated in a capacitor which in turn is used to “augment thru a loopback” the very source batteries Bedini-style that runs it.
The source batteries are able to charge both small and large capacity types, with the small batteries as charged becomes the source batteries at the next cycle
The frequency of such a circuit can not be read by the meter, and yet the 3 watts LED is flickering which signals the circuit as oscillating; very odd
The source batteries have a certain voltage level that seems to stay “constant”; again, I will describe it as very slowly discharging
I need to observe this circuit for at least 3x days as I have a feeling this will be the best JOULESTEEM circuit arrangement. If indeed it is, I will stop the descriptive posts with this arrangement and proceed to real numbers crunching.
