No players had to change the tournament categories, but in one case it was very close! sammy00@sammy00 (migmag) had an average rating of 1499,5 and thus by a thread could keep tier 1!

Maybe I have missed something, but how agreste@agreste with ELO 1836 stayed in the Tournament 2 (1500-1799)?
