I think these are good goals that are realistic. I am a newbie also. I am a busy mom with part time work, but full time mom with 6 kids. When I am super busy, I figure that I will give myself a time limit to be on Hive for the day and see what I can accomplish in the way of commenting, voting, and posting. 10 minutes is not very long, so maybe I will need to do more.
