My most favorite subject to photograph is big cats. In Pakistan some big cats are found in wild like leopard and snow leopard but it is hard to track them. I visited zoos in Rawalpindi and Islamabad to see these animals closely. I came to know that in Bahria enclave, Islamabad zoo they have big cats. I planned a visit and reached there. I saw puma cubs playing with their mother. They were very agile and curious.
In big cats Bengal Tiger is my most favorite animal to photograph. I usually photograph them as they are found in every zoo or park. So I loved to photograph them in Bahria enclave zoo. They were healthy and not shy to public.
In past all this area belonged to Bengal Tigers. They enjoyed wild life here in Photohar region but because of excessive hunt they have vanished. Now they are found in cages only.
Leopard are still found in wild even they live in Margalla hills, Islamabad. They have adopted some kind of skill to avoid humans and mostly they are active at night. In Bahria Zoo I saw a pair of leopard. They are not found in every zoo. After some time I heard a leopard's roar and I found them mating. One of the most brave and strong big cat is leopard.
