Happy New Year!
Well what I've made my New Year.
I live on a September-September year no matter how old I get. The back to school feeling, the weather changing and the leaves turning colour (I'm in Canada by the way) So this is a little farewell to summer and the amazing year I've had. I like to reflect and share what I'm working on and I invite you to read and take on any parts of this "mantra" that work for you.
This year- I am grateful for the abundance of love, creativity, friends, family, kitty snuggles and staying on my path. For staying committed to myself and my work and for letting every misstep and sprained ankle become a part of the dance and a part of my journey. A part of my journey that I practiced handling with care and grace, even though having a melt down would have been easier.
I am practicing patience in this current phase of transformation and developing new skills I know will bring more of my dreams to fruition- I understand I can't rush the good stuff. I cannot skip the struggle but I can show up to it and learn how to work with myself.
I know that process is what product is made of and that a dream needs rigour, discipline and love to manifest. There is no finish line-this is the work, this is real life.
Happy NEW YEAR to my fellow Steemians. I'm 20 days into Steem and I'm excited from what I'm learning and how I'm growing. I'll be at the Conference in Toronto the next few days and looking forward to starting my New Year off with you all
