顺着写阿拉伯数字大家都会，但是“一口气”能写到几，这个不单单是肺活量要足，而且手速也要跟得上，更重要的是心志要坚定；今天在班前会举行了一次游戏互动，“憋气写数字”看谁写的多不出错，就算最终的胜利！同时锻炼了大家在一定条件的影响下，所做出有条不紊的能力。工作中可能一下接收到不止一个工作需要同时进行，所以需要我们耐心和细心的来完成，最终把工作完成这就是我们的“能力”！h

这两天利用班前会时间超哥组织大家“集体练歌”而且选择的歌曲是最近抖音里一直排第一的歌曲“沙漠骆驼”，刚开始大家都比较生疏，只有极个别家人会跟着唱两句，后来专门给大家发歌词开始学着唱，在学习的时候可以看的出各位都很投入，应为流行和歌词也很有意思，从刚开始的“陌生”到如今的“熟练”经过一遍又一遍，现在已经是“开怀大唱”歌声也不逊色，像这样的歌曲作为年轻的我们以后还会继续，这也证明我们还年轻！z

进入教室黑板上很醒目的写到“沟通 理解 信任 包容 支持”这些字也说明了家长们要多和孩子在一起互动，以及教育时遇到问题的解决方法。通过老师们的讲述中间也有互动问答，其中一点说到：“不要让5+2=0”！意思是说一周有5天在学校老师会帮助孩子改掉一些“不良习惯”，然后孩子过个周末两天再来学校本来改过来的“不良习惯”又重复出现！所以家长们平时的行为习惯或者不管不顾教育孩子，这点是最为影响的。U

菜上来了，家人们边吃边聊，各个部门都有，大家平时上班难得在一起边吃边聊，你一言我一语的，氛围很好没有冷场和陌生感，就连新加入的两位外场兄弟也给大家“加深了印象”用的是最传统的“酒文化”！本次聚餐以吃为主，喝酒为辅，最后大家酒足饭饱回家，到家后还在群里已文字的形式表明自己已安全到家！C

算算时间小儿子上学也快一个月了，令我感觉变化最大的是他说话比以前相对清楚了一些，背数能到20了，还会被几篇古诗，本来觉得上小班只是“混日子”学不到东西，但是果不其然没有绝对的事，所以就应了那句话“环境可以改变一个人”，交朋友也是这样“你想成为什么样的人，你就会和什么样的人交朋友”！X

前几天接到女儿幼儿园的通知，说到：“本学期即将结束请家长配合学校工作开一次家长会”又重点强调：“尽可能是爸爸妈妈参加”，学校也是为了孩子在家继续“保持”着在学校的“状态”以及学习状态父母会更加关心关注重视一些。家长会这也是父母对学校进一步了解加深以及对教学环境教学质量的了解。所以重视孩子的教育学习做家长的应该积极配合。q
