Your job title might be arrogant and encourage you to swagger or talk about nothing at times... You're wasting valuable time and get little to no feedback since you're the solution to your own concerns.Your bank balance could cause you to be rude, arrogant, or presumptuous simply because you are unwilling to be asked or bothered. When you adopt such behaviors, you may never notice a ditch in front of you, and no one will want to help. For all its worth, learn to accomplish two things.
Introspection : As often as possible, sit down and check yourself in the quiet of the moment. In summary, you should regularly assess your performance and compare it to standard procedures.
Maintain a teachable spirit:
Whatever your title or area of expertise, the reality is that you only know a portion of it, thus you should learn as much as possible. Train your inner being to listen and, more importantly, to learn from every circumstance; it will be difficult, but you will thank me later. Maintain a sense of stability.
