Curso de Arte Conceptual: Lección 43 (Español – Inglés)

Hola, queridos amigos Hivers.

On this quiet day of December, I show you the Lesson N° 43, of my works of the Conceptual Art Course that I am doing virtually.

Today, I will continue with a new module of Advanced Perspective.

In this opportunity, I prepared an *Analytical Copy of a Jeep, a vehicle that I love.

The job is to make a copy of an image extracted from the internet. But it should not be a random copy, but carried by the most rigorous analysis of its parts, combined with a precise tracing on the Perspective mesh.

Subsequently, the volumes of the object must be drawn as accurately as my eye can grasp.

Although it was not necessary, as we have not yet seen the modules related to color, I applied some basic tones to the final result, to enhance the little the final work.

To perform the tasks of this course, I recommend using free downloadable photographs (copyright-free), obtained from web pages, such as https://www.pexels.com/ https://pixabay.com/ https://unsplash.com/ and other similar ones, as they have a huge amount of images and are of great quality.

Task: Analytical Copy and Volume Plotting.

Step N° 1: Place in Photoshop the photo downloaded from the Internet.

Step N° 2: Find the Perspective that brings the object.

Step N° 3: Prepare a Perspective Mesh in Carapace and upload it to Photoshop. In this case, I had to rotate the image a bit, as the Horizon line was tilted.

Step N° 4: Build a Cube containing the image.

Step N° 5: Copy the box to one side of the object.

Step N° 6: Create the whole coordinate system that will allow drawing the object more faithfully, according to the Perspective achieved.

Step N° 7: Draw the outline of the object.

Step N° 8: Draw the volumes of the object.

Step N° 9: Draw the details of the object.

Step N° 10: Apply basic colors, shadows, and highlights. As the original color was very boring, I used a somewhat vibrant combination.

**Final Result: **

This job took me ten (10) hours to do.

This task was done in Photoshop 2017 with my Star 03 V2 XP-PEN Graphics Tablet.

En este tranquilo día de diciembre, les muestro la Lección N° 43, de mis trabajos del Curso de Arte Conceptual que estoy realizando de forma virtual.

Hoy, continuaré con un nuevo módulo de Perspectiva Avanzada.

En esta oportunidad, preparé una *Copia Analítica de un *Jeep, vehículo que me encanta.

El trabajo consiste en realizar una copia de una imagen extraída de internet. Pero no debe ser una copia al azar sino llevada por el más riguroso análisis de sus partes, combinado con un preciso trazado sobre la malla de Perspectiva.

Posteriormente, hay que dibujar los volúmenes del objeto con la mayor exactitud que mi ojo pueda captar.

Aunque no era necesario, pues aún no hemos visto los módulos relacionados con el color, le apliqué algunos tonos básicos al resultado final, para realzar un poco la obra final.

Para efectuar las tareas de este curso, recomiendo utilizar fotografías de descarga gratuita (sin derechos de autor), obtenidas de páginas web, tales como: https://www.pexels.com/ https://pixabay.com/ https://unsplash.com/ y otras similares, ya que tienen una inmensa cantidad de imágenes y son de gran calidad.

Tarea: Copia Analítica y Trazado de Volúmenes.

Paso N° 1: Colocar en Photoshop la foto descargada de internet.

Paso N° 2: Buscar la Perspectiva que trae el objeto.

Paso N° 3: Preparar una Malla de Perspectiva en Carapace y subirla a Photoshop. En este caso, tuve que rotar la imagen un poco, pues la línea del Horizonte estaba inclinada.

Paso N° 4: Construir un Cubo que contenga la imagen.

Paso N° 5: Copiar la caja a un lado del objeto

Paso N° 6: Crear todo el sistema de coordenadas que permitirá dibujar con mayor fidelidad el objeto, de acuerdo a la Perspectiva lograda.

Paso N° 7: Trazar el contorno del objeto.

Paso N° 8: Dibujar los volúmenes del objeto.

Paso N° 9: Dibujar los detalles del objeto.

Paso N° 10: Aplicar colores, sombras y brillos básicos. Como el color original era muy aburrido, utilicé una combinación un tanto vibrante.

Resultado Final:

Hacer este trabajo me tomó diez (10) horas.

Esta tarea fue realizada en Photoshop 2017 con mi Tableta Gráfica Star 03 V2 XP-PEN.
