It is several months that I play and have fun on Moonkarts, a Hive-based arcade race game that is part of the games featured on the Arcade Colony platform.
I've written some guides on Moon Karts to help new players.

Moon Karts has liquidity bots that only come into play when there aren't enough active human players to start a race.
I've written three posts about liquidity bots, showing the best times and average times of liquidity bots for each track.
After analyzing the times of the Liquidity Bots and showing what times need to be beaten on each track, I want to share an equally important aspect of my experience on Moon Karts: choosing the Kart Preset.
One of the first questions new players have is which NFTs to use to build an effective Kart Preset that is fun to drive and offers good performance/cost ratio.
On Moon Karts, you can race using a minimum kart preset consisting of Kart + Driver.
This Kart preset is not the configuration I recommend because it is not fun to drive, as you almost always end up hitting the edges in challenging corners.
For this reason, the minimum preset kart I recommend consists of four NFTs:
With the basic preset kart (Kart + Driver + Tire + Engine) that I recommended, you will be able to take all the corners without difficulty, even if your times will vary depending on the NFTs you use.

The Kart Preset based on 4 common level 1 NFTs is the most economical configuration to purchase.
The common configuration I used in my tests has a total market cost of $1.25

I can't show you the cost of the basic Legendary kart preset because there aren't enough Legendary NFTs available for purchase on the market.
In fact, there is only one Legendary Kart for sale, and it costs $75.
However, I can show you the times I get with my Kart Preset, which consists of:

In this post, I have only shown you the basic common, rare, and epic configurations consisting of level 1 NFTs, but by adding other NFTs, you can improve your times.
For example, by using the Celestial Thrust NFT, you can significantly increase your speed for a few seconds, resulting in better final times!

Su Moon Karts ci sono i liquidity bots che entrano in gioco solo quando non ci sono giocatori umani attivi sufficienti per iniziare una corsa.
Sui liquidity bots ho scritto tre post in cui ho mostrato i migliori tempi e i tempi medi dei liquidity bots per ogni tracciato.
Dopo aver analizzato i tempi dei Liquidity Bots e aver mostrato quali sono i tempi da battere su ogni tracciato, voglio condividere un aspetto altrettanto importante della mia esperienza su Moon Karts: la scelta del Kart Preset.
Uno dei primi dubbi dei nuovi giocatori riguarda infatti quali NFT utilizzare per costruire un Kart Preset efficace, divertente da guidare e con un buon rapporto prestazioni/costo.
Su Moon Karts è possibile correre anche utilizzando un kart preset minimo composto da Kart + Driver.
Questo Kart preset non è la configurazione che consiglio perchè non è divertente da guidare perché nelle curve impegnative si finisce quasi sempre contro i bordi.
Per questo motivo, il Kart preset minimo che consiglio è sempre composto da quattro NFT:
Con il kart preset base (Kart + Driver + Tyre + Engine) che ti ho consigliato potrai fare tutte le curve senza difficoltà anche se i tuoi tempi varieranno in base agli NFT che utilizzerai.
Il Kart Preset basato su 4 NFT comuni di livello 1 è la configurazione più economica da acquistare.

Non posso mostrarti il costo del Kart preset base di tipo leggendario perchè non ci sono sufficienti NFT di tipo leggendario acquistabili nel mercato.
Tra l'altro c'è un solo Kart Leggendario in vendita e ha un costo di 75$.

In questo post ti ho mostrato solo le configurazioni base comuni, rare ed epiche composte da NFT di livello 1 ma con l'aggiunta di altri NFT è possibile migliorare i tempi.
Ad esempio utilizzando l'NFT Celestial Thrust è possibile aumentare la velocità in modo sensibile per alcuni secondi e di conseguenza i tempi finali saranno migliori!
