Yeah, as it's said, most people will lose money trading. HODL is the best strategy for most. Even better is remembering to exit when sentiment gets euphoric, and buying back when sentiment hits bottom barrel. Doesn't have to be exact tops or exact bottoms, as long as you make a nice profit, never regret it.
